Do I need to submit Police Clearance of my underage children for my PR with family under FSW category?

• we are 4 family members including myself, my wife and 2 children
• We are Indian citizen. Residing in Dubai from past more than 9 years.
• My son is 17 years old and currently studying in Canada under Study visa.
• My daughter is 13 years and studying in Dubai

Kids less than 18 year of age, do not need to provide PCC
