Hi all,

I got the e-mail from NS,Canada stating that I qualify under the 38 occupation list and instructed to send documents to US,Buffalo office. Should I send all originals ( my degree certificates, transcripts, birth certificate, marriage certificate and so on) or notorized copies only.

Thanks in advance.

some should be originals, some notarized copy. Please read appendix A for buffalo visa office.

Most documents should be notarized photo copies except the English Language proof (If applicable), letters from previous/present employer and contracts/payment slips. Check your visa office requirements for appropriate documents though. I hope this helps.
Good luck.

What if a document cannot be notarized? Is it possible to submit originals though it is not mentioned in the guidelines?

PLease advise

You can always submit originals but don't be surprised if you never get them back. Thats what I think anyway. I have no experience with it.

sure...

what i've learnt from the forum is that they return all originals. but, there's no such provision. so, if they don't send the originals back, then you can't complain.

Thanks a lot....anyway its my call now to send it....hope i can get it back...
