I am sending my trascripts to cic will that be enough to prove my education assesment for canadian standards

what is ECA report and from where can i get them

No - sending your transcripts won't be enough. If you do this your application will be automatically refused.

Radhika ECA credentialing is mandatory without which your application will be declined. as Scylla mentioned please refer the link for more details. alternatively there is another thread on this forum which deals with ECA assessment. WES is by far the quickest assessment agency. please refer www.wes.org.ca for more details.
