Do I need to put my Canadian born daughter in the INM 0008 Generic form

Please advise me if I need to put my daughter who is a Canadian born in the INM 0008 from

Im applying with my wife, So should I put 2 family members or I have to include her in the application and put 3

I also had the same issue... you do not need to include her as she is a Canadian citizen ....
