Do I need to provide LOE for changing Work History?

Hi!

So, I have been invited under the CEC program, When I was creating my EE profile, I included all of my work experience, but only one experience gave me points. So my question is I have submitted my PR Application, and I moved the work experience that doesn’t give me points to Personal History. Do I need to provide a LOE explaining why I moved my experiences that didn’t give me point to personal history?

Also, since I have already submitted my application, should I a submit my LOE through the web form?

Please Help as I am very confused on what to do.

No, you don't have to upload an LoE if you never got points for this work ex, and it's all there in personal history.
