Hi all, do I need to write a LoE regarding my status in the USA? I changed my status to H1B on Oct. 1, and I mentioned in my application that I'm employed at ABC company. Does Canada need to know my visa status since I don't have H1B stamp in my passport?
Do I need to mention H1B in my PR application (post-ITA)?
