Do I need to marriage certificate when I start? Ontario 3 month wait?

I seen online, that I have to wait 3 months/12 weeks before they can send me the certificate is there a way I can start the process? Or do I have to wait the 12 weeks before I can order the certificate from Ontario?

Don't wait 3 months. Based on advice I received on this forum, I requested my certificate immediately after my wedding in Ontario. It arrived in the mail 2.5 weeks after my wedding. Sometimes is does take several months. But often it doesn't.

Cause I read online to wait 12 weeks before ordering it. Should I wait till this Monday to do it? Cause tomorrow I am getting married, and we are heading out to Toronto and on Friday I am leaving.

Don't apply until after you get married. But there's no harm in applying immediately after you get married. I did and it worked out for me.

Is there a list of things I would need? Or is there just one forum that shows it? I would need to fill out a spouse and PR only right?

Ours took 6 weeks, we got married and signed the certificate after the ceremony and the church (my home church) sent it out the monday following (We got married on a Saturday). 6 weeks later, we got it in the mail

Nope - they haven't. The same "wait for 12 weeks before ordering" was in the instructions back then too. I just ignore those instructions based on a recommendation here.

You are leaving Canada, is it bec of your expired visa or what. I dont get right yor situation. So you you want the certificate bec you meed it for PR application? And you are leaving Friday to your home country? Is that what you mean here?

I get money in my country from the Government so I don't want to be out of the country too long. Plus filing a outland is better then inland cause it's way faster! So I would rather wait outside of Canada to get the paper work done cause I plan on traveling for vacation spots while in Canada once I get there. So no point to wait 3 years almost when it can be done in 6 to 7 months when you leave the country and I had a visa for 6 months so it's still valid for another 5 months and 2 weeks. But I'll go visit since I can from my country visa exempt country or something like that.

I think a copy of the certificate is fine no idea I'll ask the lawyer tomorrow since I can't get one yet! I'll check on monday to see if I can order it still or not yet. I don't want to wait 12 weeks for the certificate.

In Canada, Ontario! I just got married this Thursday. And I did try to order it, but it has 3 options. and I only got the last option stating "N/A" So I got to wait for them to send it there and then they get it and try again this week some time!

How soon did you put in the order?
