Do I need to make an appointment for medical checkup in Cairo?

Hi, finally my application as sponsor was approved but we haven't sent medical documents yet. I would like to ask if mu husband needs to make an appointment to make medical checkup in Cairo. We don't live there but he went there to visit his parents and tries to call these hospital but nobody answers. Does he need to print all forms or they have there everything. How much it costs?

First Medical in Egypt by walk in without any call,,,, he just need to print the form for medical with 5 pic's and it cost almost 700 Pound

Just give a call to one of these docs (from CIC website) and ask them. You probably do need an appointment, but maybe not. Also, some doctors have switched over to online format so your husband would not need to print out the form, but some still take the Appendix C form. So just call and ask for any one of these doctors. Good luck

I am not sure, but you may want to prepare for some delay. The medical was supposed to be done before sending in the application.

A few of the DMP listed on the CIC site are not actually doing the meds anymore. Call first to make sure. The first one mentioned above is the one my husband went to. They were very unprofessional, but hey, it's Egypt guess we should just be happy they got the job done. I would suggest a different office though just my opinion.

Thank you everyone for reply.Finally someone picked up the phone in this hospital and my husband could make an appointment on Wednesday. After he finishes I will know all, so if someone needs more information about it I am willing to help.
