Do I need to include short stays outside my country in address history?

I am in process of completing my application post ITA. I have two short trips to Canada (15 days each - one on business visa and second on tourist visa - after ITA).

I have included these in my travel details but I haven't added these details in address history section.

Is it required to include these in address history as well. Also, for my first stay I stayed in a hotel, so shall I mention that?

You're required to provide address information for the countries in which you've resided. Neither of these constitute residency so you're supposed to fill in the address details of your home in the country of residence at that time.

Generally speaking, only countries/places where you have resided for 180 days or more are the ones that need to be specified, since legally, those are the ones that constitute a 'residency.'
