Do I need to include canada born daugher into form?

I have below question for form IMM0008 (Apln for PR)

-1. I am filling details family members. I have included my spouse details. I have Canada born daughter. Do I need to include her details into this form ? Instruction says, you must include each of family members but also says only who are not PR's or Citizend of canada ?
-2. Also Do I need to add her fee ($150) into total ? I guess no since she is canada citizen?
