Hi all,

I have a wedding in the summer of this year. My relatives needed help applying for visitor visa to Canada. I checked the document check list. I'm confused whether or not if I need to have them fill out "Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union". I'm a newbie at this! My relatives are married and not in a state of common-law with a partner. So I'm not sure, I'm not understanding this correctly.

All advice is greatly appreciated! Thank you!

If they are married, then they aren't common-law.
