Do I need to do ECA for both Masters and Bachelors?

I have both a Bachelors and Masters from the US, I am in the process of obtaining my Education Credential Assessment for EE and was wondering if I'll need to have an assessment for both or just the highest degree?

I'm using Comparative Education Service – University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies, I have filled out info for my Master's but just saw that "I would like to add an additional credential to my application" option. My transcript contains both my Masters and Bachelors info.

Would you recommend requesting a duplicate copy for myself? I don't see an option to send directly to the IRCC, or is that done through the option of "Send an additional copy of your ECA to a Third Party"?

How will I be uploading this in my EE profile? (Have not created it yet since I'm waiting to take the IELTS test next week)
Will photocopies be ok?
