Hello

I have a question in regards to Antidepressants. A year ago, I once was prescribed an Antidepressant after going through some personal hard circumstances. I got the medication but did not take it once I read about the side effects. Do I still need to declare it if it was prescribed to me once and was not used by me in the medical examination for PR?

You should declare the depression not the antidepressants.

But I never been diagnosed or even seen a psychiatrist. My GP prescribed it to me.

GPs can treat depression. Why would they give you antidepressants if they couldn’t? Unless you were hospitalized or take significant time off it is very unlikely to be an issue.
