Do I need to bring a photograph for IMM 1017 form?

Hi,

On CEC's website, it says I have to bring 4 photographs if the doctor is not emedical. But the one that I am going to is e-medical. So, do I have to bring one photograph that will go on the form?

No you dont need a picture for emedical,Doctor office will take picture.
