Do I need restore or just leave if a want to come back?

Hello is the first time I write and I hope someone can read my situation and give me some guidance. Long story short:

I arrived in the winter of 2016 as a student, from that date until today I was renewing my stay as a visitor every 6 months. This October 08 I receive a letter that my last extension was rejected and I had to leave IMMEDIATELY.

During that time I formed a family with my Canadian husband and we were about to submit the sponsorchip app. WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND ME TO DO AT THIS POINT?

I have to make a trip this December to Mexico my original country.

Ct1: It’s looks like bad for the They leave the country 2 months after the letter say. Do I Need to request a restore asking for a little more time ?
-If not it affects when I need try come back?
-if not I’ll get a deportation order??


CT2: when I try to return will I have the opportunity to enter again if I show all my sponsorship app and document supports of my husband?

no less important my babys needS to follow the vaccination programs it’s consider True reason for the agency in the airport.

You need to apply ASAP. If you leave Canada you risk not being readmitted. Your child could receive vaccinations anywhere and his father is a Canadian and could care for both children. You will have to decide whether it makes sense to go to Mexico. Waiting almost 4 years to file a sponsorship is what got you in so much trouble. You wouldn’t have had healthcare for yourself in most provinces either. If you do leave make sure to carry proof that you submitted and paid for your application and hopefully AOR. It will be up to the CBSA agent to see if you are admitted. If you are not remaining in Canada are you applying Outland? How long are you going to be in Mexico?

You can not request more time. The notice was your times up after extending your visa for almost 4 years. You are quite lucky to have received so long. You would remain without status until you receive your PR if you stay in Canada.
