Here is my situation.
I did a soft landing in July 2017 and went back to USA the same day. I permanently moved to Canada in Jan 2018.
The total days between my soft landing and permanent move is 186 days.
I am an Indian citizen who was living in USA(on work visa) when I had applied for Canada PR and got my PR when I was in USA. So does USA now become my country of origin? Please note that I did submit my USA PCC when I had applied for Canadian PR.
Based on the above do you think I need USA PCC?

- you were in your country of origin immediately prior to becoming a permanent resident and landing in Canada, and
- this time falls within the past 4 years
