I am planning to apply for express entry and my irons is expiring on 20 th aug 2018. If I have all the documents ready, can I apply considering my crs score is 469 or do I need to retake it because expiry date is less than 6 months??

You don't have to retake the IELTS as your score is high number to merit an ITA. If you feel you have all the docs ready, just wait it out.
