do i need medical insurance before coming to calgary alberta

hi every one

Though so far i know health facility in alberta is free for permanent residents

earlier during my first visit to canada i visited toronto ontario for 3 months....now after about 2 years i am going to calgary....do i need health insurance for first 3 months or health card will be made while visiting there. ( i am a returning PR visiting first time to calgary and hv no health card of any province

If you have PR then you can apply for health card in Calgary. Visit any registry in Calgary.
