Do I need IELTS to AINP?

Hi all,

Do I need IELTS if I want to apply for a permanent resident card using AINP Skilled Worker stream? I've found that Semi-Skilled program requires IELTS passed on CB4, but I cannot find information about AINP skilled worker program.
