Do i need ielts or celpip for my ICT LMIA Exempt work permit EXTENSION

Hello i’m little confused
I’m on ICT LMIA EXEMPT work permit that issued on 9 jan 2019 and will expire on 9 dec 2019
I’m gonna apply for extension but my ielts got expired.
Do i need ielts for my ict work permit extension or i can apply without it
Please help me
