Do I need extend again my visitor visa if before expires I'm applying like sponsorship

I get my extension visitor visa, which is valid until 31st december 2017. but in November 15th I,m applying for my sponsorship and I would like to know if 30 before expires my extension I must apply again for an extension or it's not necessary because my application will be in process?

Having a pr application in process does not afford any special privilege. You need to maintain your status as a visitor (for Outland) or until you receive an owl (inland).

So that means I must apply for extension again. Also I have another question, I would like to apply for a work permit at The same time with The sponsorship. Is it a good idea doing it together or after my sponsorship application?

As long as you are applying inland, submit the PR application and OWP application at the same time.
