Do I need EE profile to apply in Nova scotia demand program?

Hi all,

Do I need to create EE profile first to apply in Nova scotia demand program which is going to be online soon (Earlier it was paper based)?

Also, on what basis, I can get nominated? I am on 69/100 (Nova scotia).

How much funds do I require and how old they should be?

Please share your experiences.
