Do i need appointment to get Passports stamped at NY Visa Office

Hi All, I got an email this morning for Passports and Landing Fee. I am very happy that it is all done. It took more than two years but it is over successfully.

Please share your thoughts if i can go to NY visa office and have visa stamped. Do i need an appointment for this?. Should i take money orders/landing fee with me to visa office or mail it to them.
