Do I need an WES report for a school I did not receive degrees?

Hi all,

I have a quick question. I transferred to a Canadian school from one college in my home country. I received a few transfer credits for the courses I completed in that college and these credits display on my transcript. I wonder do I need to have a WES report or transcripts from my hometown college for my PR application?
