Do I need an AOR to apply for BWOP?

I am doing my PR under Cec class. When I submit my PR application online can i immediately do a BWOP application or do I need to wait for an AOR and how long does it normally take to get that?

you have to submit your AOR along with your BOWP application

AOR usually shows up in your account right away after submitting your CEC application, in very rare cases it can take up to 24 hours or even couple of days
