Do I need a require to get 'Record of Employment' from the previous employer?

I have the paystubs, reference letter(dated present) and t4..
anything else that I need to get it from my previous employer? ROE?

am I okay without that?

have all other documents and getting started with the application fill out.

There is no need to have the ROE as long as you have the reference letter. The reference letter is what is required. As long as you have it, you will be fine.

If you are trying to submit the application without a reference letter, then this is when the ROE may come in handy.
