So back in May I emailed my university as I wanted to do a placement course that offered a roughly 15 hour a week co-op for credit.
I was told that because this co-op is not a required part to graduate, I could not obtain a co-op letter or work permit but that it would otherwise be fine to do as long as I don't also work off-campus within the normal 20 hours allowed
Now I'm reading in other places that apparantly I do need a co-op work permit to do a co-op, even for one that is less than 20 hours a week?
Has anybody faced this situation?
