Do i have to take medical exam again?

Hi, I'm now staying in Canada waiting family sponsorship PR process..
I entered Canada with ETA cause I'm from one of visa exemption countries.
Anyway my status of visitor expires in two month, so Im going to extend my stay as a visitor.
While processing online, I realised that i have to upload cic an medical exam document..
I did medical exam last august, so my medical is still valid.
Do I have to take medical exam again? Or can I use previous medical exam record?
I'm bit confused and need help.. Thanks

You can use the previous medical.

2 months is early. Hold off for another month before applying for the extension.

Thanks a lot. If I apply for the extension one month prior to expiration date, I can still wait in Canada till extension process is completed, regardless of what the result is. Am I right?

Hi ,

My spouse is visiting me in Canada, we need the visitor record permit.

so its been 2 months for her but need to apply for health care they would want to see visitor record permit.

Is it safe to apply for the extension of stay to issue the permit or should we wait until we get the PR approval which is still IN PROCESS.(still no updates)

Also if we apply online to extend the stay without providing the medical reports will that be fine?
