Wows... I will not agree with him... however, I have found sadly in this world that it seems looks is better than a good heart.But You should be able to decide ... maybe he has his reasons.... thanks and best of luck.
did you misunderstood? maybe he meant to say that you look more presentable if you shave or trim your beard. your passport and documents tells your age. some people look older. some younger than they are.
