My name is Yacine. I obtained my permanent resident card in 2008, but it expired. For the past five years, I haven't lived in Canada since leaving in 2005 with my family. It wasn't my decision; it was my family's decision to leave for Canada for family reasons. I was four years old at the time. My questions are simple:
1. Can I renew my card by applying for a PRTD?
2. I'm currently filling out form IMM5444, and there are several questions I don't know the answers to. I shouldn't leave the fields blank, so I'm writing "S.O." (sans objet). However, when I try to save the information, it doesn't save; the fields appear in red. What should I do? Please help me. I need help from anyone who can. This is my WhatsApp number: (+213)549282133 or my e-mail adress:

1. No. You would need to apply for a PRTD with H&C considerations. If that is approved, you would then need to travel to Canada and apply for a PR card once you are in Canada. Also, I don't understand your dates. You say you got PR in 2008 but also say you left Canada in 2005. Is one of these years wrong?
2. You would need to tell us what those fields are.

Yes, I mentioned that 2008 is the expiry date of my Canadian permanent resident card and that I left Canada in 2005. As for the fields, they are the answer fields. There are some questions I can't answer, and when I watched the video explaining how to answer them, I found that I should fill in all the answer fields, even if I don't have an answer, by writing them randomly. However, when I submit the completed application, I can't access it because of this, and it appears in red. I don't understand what the solution is.

What field that you don't have an answer? You can't write them randomly.
