I have completed Bachelor's in Mass Media in Advertising from University of Mumbai with B Grade this year, IELTS 6.5 and 6.5 in all tests. Everything is okay from my side but a friend (not my agent) who works at a consultancy, said i should not choose Human Resource Management and rather choose Public Relation or IBM otherwise you will be rejected as HRM program does not meet your previous degree. Is it true? I am very concerned. From my point of view HR is in every corporate firm as well as in an advertising agency. So can anyone please tell me if she is correct? Should i really choose Public Relation? I want to do HRM one year PG program in Ontario. Thank you in advance. Please revert asap.
