DO I EVER NEED TO PAY A CONSULTANR TO READ CIAPS NOTES!!!

Hi, I would like to know if I need a consultant to order and translate ciaps???
Does this application need a professional to fill in??? Do they ever decline your information? I was told by a consultant that you need to know how you request because immigration may not disclose your informtion if not asked properly or appropraitely??? IS IT TRUE?

you need to pay only $5 for GCMS/CAIPS notes and no need to pay anything else. it takes 30 days to receive notes after sending your forms via email
you can get step by step guide to order GCMS notes on this link. that information is for new delhi visa office, put your visa office's name instead of new delhi.
