DNA test?

Hello, could anybody who knows about the DNA test asked by VO, ours is New Delhi help me with information regarding what is the procedure after the positive DNA results? Our friends were waiting for interview letter but they received letter asking for DNA test, they are October, 2014 applicant. The wife is sponsoring her husband from India and 11 months ago they had a baby. They want to know if still there will be interview after the DNA test. He updated his medical and his PCC and now they are waiting to hear from NDVO but they dont know what to expect. Any guidence will be appreciated. Thanks in advance

I would like to ask that the lab has been send sample collection request to NDVO on 12-May-2016 but i did not got any response from NDVO.Pls inform me with timeframe for same.
