Urgent! I received DNA request from IRCC to shows relationship between me and my wife and her kids , the kids is not belongs to me they are belongs to my wife from her first marriage . So what’s your advice if I not interested to go under DNA test they are refusing our application or no ?

Why have they requested a DNA sample from you if you aren't their father? What information did you provide in the application regarding this? The childrens' birth certificates should list their actual father. I would submit these along with a letter clarifying are your wife's children from her original marriage along with either her spouse's death certificate (if he's deceased) or proof of sole custody.
Thanks for your reply yea I Already provide in the forms that there childrens not belongs to me and also I submit there birth certificate as well I don’t know what should I do any advise please ?
So you were clear that they weren’t your dependents in your application? It would be very unusual for a DNA request if you have not Included the children as your dependents.
And this is a spousal sponsorship application through family class?
