I don't understand your question. The DNA results have to be 99.8% or higher for IRCC to accept them. If they are lower, this indicates that there is either an error with the test and you need to do it again, or that the child isn't actually your child but possibly a close relation (such as a niece or nephew or grandchild).
is it possible if a real child dna gets a result of 95% ?

then why you had to take the dna test twice to get right result.
I've never taken a DNA test. Youu are confusing me with someone else.

If someone had to take the test twice, then presumably the lab / clinic made a mistake on the first test.

We have used 2 different testing agencies. No more waste of funds at this time.

Hi, would you please explain a bit. why you required the test twice. and why one get a result below 100% if he or she is real father or mother of the kids
