1. List of DMP will be sent by CHC along with medicals. or find here -http://www.cic.gc.ca/dmp-md/medical.aspx
2. RPRF - draft " Canadian High Commission " payable in New Delhi of Rs 21,440 per adult.

If in CAD then " Receiver General for Canada"
