finally with the greace of GOD my status changed to IP
now it is
In Process (this is first line changed from AR on may xx 2012)

Decision Made (this is second line changed from CIO Review Complete on oct 2011)

but there is one more line in IP
we have reviewed your file and sent you a letter on xx date. please consider delays in mail delivery system before contacting us.
and next line is
we have reviewed your file and started processing on xx date

the xx date is same in all instanses.

has anybody got a letter from CHC ND
i am waiting for this what it may be
may be wait letter or ???????????????

Please paste here your ecas status.And what is outside the Ecas status IN PROCESS OR DECISION MADE??

As from your statements i am not able to conclude what are saying.Paste ur status.
Otherwise applicants with 2nd AOR in jan-2011 are getting in-process status.

After entering file no., DOB, surname, country of birth......you will see your name with address.

Below your name and address....what is the status...."In process" or "Decision Made".......?

my complete ecas status is below

there are two lines in my ecas first line is

My Name In Process ( before 21st may it was Application Received)
and inside is
We received your application for permanent residence on November xx, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on May xx, 2012. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on May xx, 2012.

the second line is
My Name Decision Made (before Oct 2011 it was CIO review complete)
We received your application for permanent residence on April xx, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on July xx, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

as per my assumption the first line ecas is related to CHC ND and second line of ecas is related to CIO Nova Scotia.
