Hello me my ex wife married in pakistan 2007 according to Pakistani Law and muslim religion she is Canadian citizen she sponsored me and i reside canada in 2009 but after that our relation didn't go through so we decided to get divorced we separated september 2010 and our divorce has been finalized in Pakistan mar(2011) and we have our divorce certificate and property and goods has divide documents.we were married in pakistan not in canada we already have divorce certificate from pakistan do we need to get divorce from canada as well and when i will apply for my new wife immigration in canada i have to just submit divorce certificate from pakistan.
