Divorce case settlement is pending in court

Hi All

It's been 5 years now My wife & me got separated. Soon after marriage (in 3 months).
She have applied for divorce.

I have started immigration process to Canada.

It is very unlikely that my wife will help me for any documents.

How do I proceed further? Please guide me.
