hey guys, i want to know about m.eng(mechanical) program at carleton university and university of ottawa, what is the duration of course and for how many years the work permit is issued after doing m.eng from these universities?

Colleges don't provide Masters, universities do. And the cost depends on the university. Could range from 15K a year to 60K a year. You have to do the research.
Oh, Didn't you apply in MEng at uvic. Schulich is for mba, I guess?
