Hello there, I have received same message "Disclosure Package No Intervention" today, but I can not read the full message.

Hello, were you able to download that document. I know it's been long time since you had this error but what was the workaround? Please suggest if you were able to download it

It was not able to download, I called to IRCC and they send me the attached document by mail.
