Anyone from pakistan(not specifically/anyone willing can help) who has applied or is studying in some canadian university ?
I need some information, i am a bit confused about the documents required for applying into universities for admission.

What would you like to know?

I recently got done applying for MBA to all the big Canadian universities. And I got admitted about half of them.

Secondary school: 77 %
Higher secondary school: 75 %
BS in electrical engineering: 2.71/4 (71.49 %) - Absolute grading(not relative)

6 months work experience in motorola saudi arabia (still working)

IELTS: 6.5

I want to know about The academic documents needed to apply to universities. Most of the universities require transcript to be selaed in an envelope and signed by the registrar. I am in Saudi arabia and I graduated from Pakistan. I there any alternate I can do.

I can get the photocopies of my transcripts stamped or certified from my university in Pakistan.

What should I do. some of the universities require original documents. If i send it to them, i cannot apply anywhere else, What should I do ?

well you can try for a msc program, but the profile is really weak if you want to go for an mba.

I know, because my 2.97/4.0 gpa proved to be quiet an issue. Also, 6 month WE is a bit too low.

Try for masters, if you really want MBA, wait a few months, give your gmat and start applying around Oct-Nov 2013 for the Fall 2014 intake.

There's no way around it. You have to contact your PK university and get them to issue you sealed transcripts. If the uni does not post them (in my case, it did not) you have to get someone to pick them up and mail them directly to the institution your applying to (still sealed).

I heard from my friend that in Brock University, Ontario. You don't need any previous experience to apply for MBA.

1. Certified photocopy of a transcript in a sealed envelope will work.

just verify your university documents from university and put them in envalop of uni and signed it from officer who verify you documents...They dont ask abt your FSc or Matric but send them these certificates by attesting from notry public....You also need two refrence letters from ur teachers...some univs took their email and ask them to upload while others want letters in sealed envelops with their sign on it...your CV and and SOP is also required...About IELTS result, email your university that if you send it by email and they verify it,if they say yes then just email them ur scanned copy of IELTS result otherwise you will have to contact IELTS centre to send result from them directly to ur desired univ..i think this will help u..

just certified ur docts from uni and put them in uni envelop with stamp and sign of some officer on envelop and dont send ur original doct to anyone

2. What should be the CV format for submitting with the documents ???

Plz note original doesn't mean the original documents that YOU have. it means the original transcript from the university.

U (or someone on your behalf) should go to ur uni and ask them that u need to send original trasncript for ur Masters. The univ will prepare ur transcript and will charge u some fee. Normally univ. takes some time to prepare ur docs (say 15-20 days). Once these docs are ready u(or some on ur behalf) would have to visit the univ again, they will ask for the courier charges and they will send ur docs within 2-3 days.

The same procedure goes for Degree verfiication... Normally Univ doesn't send original Degree rather they send the Verified Degree.
So this means U will be sending orginal Transcript with Verified Degree through university.

ALTERNATIVE:
send ur friend.
whoever will go. Univ will require a photocopy of the docs.
Better check with ur univ for proper procedure.

no interview....if u apply for study base course then no need for supervisor , for thesis based course you need to contact some supervisor from uni...so can submit cv in any format
