My current status is background check: in progress.
I was asked to submit for schedule A before.
I have to leave Canada for a month or so sometime soon. I'm worried if my fingerprint is needed during my absence in Canada. Therefore, I'm thinking taking a fingerprint before I leave. So the question is:
1. is there a digital fingerprint agent in Vancouver area?
2. I heard that digital fingerprint is faster. Is it faster because CIC can process the digital fingerprint faster? Or it's faster to obtain the digital fingerprint? I know that a request for traditional fingerprint from RCMP may take 10 business day.
