Difficulty submitting online application for visitors visa

Hi

I provided all the information and uploaded all the required documents. I am not able to proceed to the next step, All I see is Exit questionnaire button at the bottom.
I am not able to figure out anything from there. I validated all the forms(IMM5257,IMM5645), both of me and my partner. Do we have to sign them also? I was not able to do a digital signature on any of the forms, and it said I don't have to hand sign on any form. It is very confusing. Please help me submit the application. We have only a couple days left or the whole application will be deleted.

Just FYI, I did not get any error message or service temporarity un available message. I just don't see the submit/continue button .

Look at the list of documents and see if you are missing any. The tool won't let you continue unless you provide all the needed documentation. If the button is not there then you are missing some, there is no other option.

Yes you sign the forms after you click the "continue" button (that is the final step).

How could you validate IMM5645 if it doesn't have a validation button?

Something you are doing is wrong.

Sorry about the confusion. Yes did not have to validate IMM5645, but validated the other one.
Certainly submitted all the required documents, except the optional ones. I see green "provided" across all the required docs.
Do we have to digi sign on the forms, or just sign once at the end for all of them.
I am going to try uploading something for the optional documents as well.

perhaps it's the web browser you are using? I have read threads that suggest internet explorer is the only one that works properly with the system...

I have used chrome and safari in our imac. and it worked, we had the same difficulty too. we discovered it by accident. You have to revisit the drop down for it to work(I agree).

I've got this problem currently using Macbook Pro safari. I don't understand what you mean by revisiting the drop down?
