My wife had her father name as middle name on her old passport.
After we got married, she changed her middle name with my name on her new passport after 2 years of marriage.
In our marriage certificate, it is still her father name as middle name
My Question: Do i need to say YES or NO to "have you ever used any other name" (Express Entry profile)
If yes, what name change document i need to submit?
