Different name in Passport

hi all..
i want to confirm some thing..before marriage

i came in canada on student visa and right now i have a temp. work permit.
i sponsored my wife and she got visa under HER ORIGINAL PASSPORT.
Before marriage her passport name is here middle name and surname is her last name
now after marriage its suppose to be my surname her name and middle name is my name.

but in hurry she forgot to change the passport and she is in canada from last 6 months.
she has SIN number bank account everything under her before marriage's name.


if i put my file than it may occur any problem for different name and location?

for example..
her name before marriage Dave Vrunda girishkumar

after marriage its suppose to be joshi vrunda nilang

but she forgot to change it in passport..so what to do?
her SIN coppy and work permit is under Dave Vrunda girishkumar

her house address and my house address is different as well.

but in bank we have one account.
so it may occur any problem in AINP or Ontario File?

I DONT THINK SO.
AS LONG AS YOU HAVE THE MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE IT SHOULD BE OK.
ADDRESS ON THE SIN COPY IS NOT A PROBLEM.
EVEN MY WIFE DIDNT CHANGE HER LAST NAME AFTER MARRIAGE IN THE PASSPORT, SO DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT.

@ OP:

Just use her passport/maiden name for now in all your application forms. But you'll need to submit a copy of your marriage certificate in this case. Also add an LoE saying that you included your marriage certificate to prove that she is your spouse (it's not outright required in OINP) and that she hasn't gotten the name changes done yet on her documents and accounts.
