Different email id for applicants other than Canada and N.America?

Hello all,

I just sent my 2013 T4 form and renewed passport copies to CIC through email id: CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca

Got automatic email saying

"This office is responsible for the processing of:

· Temporary resident visa (TRV) applications submitted by mail from applicants located in Canada and for the online submission of TRV for applicants located in North America;
· Permanent Resident (PR) applications from applicants located in Canada and for applicants located in North America."

So, is there a different email id for applicants applied PR from other than Canada and N.America?

Please advise.

There is no separate email id for application submitted outside of Canada or N.America.

CEC applications are processed in Ottawa, so you've emailed to the correct address.
