can you please guide me what is difference between CEC and express entry with Lmia and 1 year experience

You apply for CEC through Express Entry. Applicants are selected out of the pool based on points. Right now you need to have 470+ points to be selected.

So if you want to get PR through CEC, first step is to create an Express Entry profile. Next step is to wait to be selected.
