I had sent my pr card renewal application via regular mail on March the 7th this year and I haven't received a client id or uci up til now, or any correspondence for that matter. Should I be worried ?

Also I received an email the next day from info@info.immigration-service-canada.com
Saying that I have a pending payment even though I have a copy of my online receipt for my payment. Is that above email address legit? I applied through the cic website.
