My file was received on 23 sep and it is showing on cic website that they have received my application but I didnt get my aor ...I did email them but they havnt given any answer yet..anything I can do..I need aor to apply bowp

As long as you can see your application received on ECAS, it means you're good. Check your spam folder to see if your AOR went there. CIC may take a while to reply to your email. In the mean while, I would say its safe to go ahead and apply for BOWP since your file already shows up on ECAS. Just make sure you reach the other requirements for BOWP. I'm sure seniors would agree.
